This Privacy Policy describes how Conwair (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Conwair website (conwair.com) and application (app.conwair.com).
What we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password. If you complete company onboarding, we collect your company name, type, and optional branding preferences.
Project data. When you use the Service, you provide job details, daily log entries, crew information, work descriptions, issue reports, inspection records, delivery notes, photos, and related content. This is your data and you own it.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Conwair does not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Usage data. We collect basic usage information such as login timestamps and feature usage to maintain and improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Email communications. When the Service sends reports or notifications on your behalf, we process the recipient email addresses you provide. These addresses are used solely to deliver the requested communication.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate and maintain the Service, send daily log reports and notifications you request, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
AI processing
Certain features use the Anthropic API to assist with text formatting. When you use these features, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic’s handling of this data is governed by their usage policy. No data is sent to AI services unless you actively use an AI-assisted feature.
Third-party services
The Service relies on the following third-party providers to function:
Supabase provides database hosting and user authentication. Vercel provides application hosting. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional emails. Anthropic provides AI text processing.
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After that, it may be deleted. If you want your data deleted immediately, contact us at hello@conwair.com.
Data security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data by contacting hello@conwair.com. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. You may update your account information through the Service at any time.
If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data protection laws (such as the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the EU), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we will work with you to address your request.
Children
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
