These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Conwair website (conwair.com) and the Conwair application (app.conwair.com), collectively referred to as the “Service.” By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Conwair provides web-based construction project management tools, including daily log entry, reporting, and related features. The Service is designed for construction professionals and is offered on a subscription basis.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or company may maintain multiple accounts only if each corresponds to a separate legitimate business entity.

Subscriptions and payment
Conwair offers a free trial period followed by a paid monthly subscription. Pricing is listed at the time of signup. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Conwair does not store your credit card information directly.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including daily logs, job information, reports, photos, and notes. Conwair does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant Conwair a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical project data. While Conwair takes reasonable steps to protect your data, the Service is not a substitute for your own recordkeeping obligations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
AI features
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence to assist with text formatting and summarization. AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted output before using it in professional, legal, or contractual contexts.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Conwair does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Conwair is a software tool. It is not a substitute for professional legal, engineering, safety, or project management advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conwair and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Conwair’s total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
Conwair may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
Conwair may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@conwair.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Conwair may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
